CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

ATLANTA VOLLEYBALL ACADEMY & ATLANTA EXTREME VOLLEYBALL CLUB

CAMPS & CLINICS

All camps and clinics are staffed based number of registrants. Please see detailed timelines below:

• Any camp or clinic cancelled prior to 10 days of the event start date, is eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees.
• Any camp or clinic cancelled between 48 hours and 9 days of the event start date, is eligible for a 50% refund minus any processing fees.
• Any camp or clinic cancelled less than 48 hours from event start date, NO refund or transfer/credit will be granted.

ACADEMY

Our Academy program is one of our larger programs and that is due to consistency and preparation. Academy is staffed based on number of registrants. Please see details below:

• If cancelled prior to 10 days of the first day of the season, you are eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees.
• If cancelled between 72 hours and 9 days of the season's first day, you are eligible for a 50% refund minus any processing fees.
• If cancelled less than 72 hours from season's first day, NO refund or transfer/credit will be granted.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Please note that once you have booked a Private Lesson with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. To be respectable for our court time and the coaches time and commute, we have a strict cancellation policy.

• If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, NO refund or transfer/credit will be granted.
• If your lesson is scheduled between Monday-Friday, cancellations must be provided at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson time.
• If your lesson is scheduled on Saturday or Sunday, cancellations must be provided no later than 5pm the Friday prior to your scheduled lesson time. (24 Hours is still in effect)
• ALL cancellations or reschedules must be submitted by emailing us at jackie@aevc.org.

DISCOUNTS

Registrations that contain package pricing or discounts adhere to further policies:

• If a registration is cancelled passed the deadline with no refund/transfer and the registration contained a discount code, your discount will be invalid for future purchases.
• If you purchased a package of items, ie. multiple days of an event, package of lessons, etc., and are requesting a refund for a singular day/item and are within the refund policy, you refund will result in the next available discount. For example, if you purchase a 6 pack of lessons at $350 and you want to have 5 lessons instead of 6, your refund would be $25 as 5 lessons at the normal rate of $65 is $325.
