HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
For your convenience, AEVC has reserved blocks of rooms for each of our travel tournaments. It is the athlete's family's responsibility to contact hotels and reserve rooms with credit card by date listed. While we prefer for our teams to stay in the same hotels, with the exception of Stay to Play events, it is not mandatory that athletes use the suggested hotels.
STAY TO PLAY EVENTS
All events labeled Stay to Play require us to book exclusively through their online service. In order for the team to be approved for these events, all hotel rooms must be booked using the listed booking service.
AIR TRAVEL
All athletes and their families are responsible for procuring their own airfare. Athletes should arrive the evening prior to competition. All return airfare should be booked to leave tournament city after 7:00 pm on final day of competition.

The hotel attached to the Sevierville Convention Center Wilderness at the Smokies Resort has rooms available for all teams for the K2 tournaments. Come experience the indoor and outdoor waterparks!
When booking rooms for 2023 K2 Tournaments you will need to use the promo code WILDK2. This code can be used online at Wilderness at the Smokies – Waterpark Resort or by calling into reservations at 1-877-325-9453. Using this code at the time of booking will get you the special K2 group rate for each weekend. The promo code is valid for either Stone Hill or the River Lodge buildings.
If you still wish to create a team block you will need to contact Jamie Williams at 865-868-2173. There will be only a limited number of rooms that we set aside for this and cannot guarantee which building they will be in.

Important Deadline Reminder:
Rooms will be held exclusively for your team until the Team Booking Deadline listed above. After this date, your rooms will be released and will become available to other teams. However, discounted hotels will still be available on a first come first served basis at HERE until February 1. It is important to book ASAP to secure your discounted rate with your team!
Please note that only one room per guest name may be booked. Any duplicate reservations made at any hotel(s) through the Visit Knoxville Housing System under the same guest name may be subject to automatic cancellation.
